Richtek claims victory in patent lawsuit against uPI Semiconductor

Analog IC design house Richtek Technology claims that it has won a patent lawsuit against rival uPI Semiconductor which recently applied for a consent order from the US International Trade Commission (ITC) aiming to settle the case.
