Covidien acquires ev3 for $2.6 billion
Covidien, a leading global provider of healthcare products, today announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of ev3 Inc. for an aggregate consideration of approximately $2.6 billion, net of cash and short-term investments acquired.
